Mini art journal challenge - week 46

W tym tygodniu tematem jest odmłodzenie. Co działa na nas odmładzająco itd. Chyba wszystkie szczęśliwe i przyjemne chwile działają na nas właśnie tak. Wczoraj, robiąc moja kartę, myślałam jednak 0 tych rzadkich chwilach, kiedy mam czas tylko dla siebie, nikt mi nie przeszkadza i mogę spokojnie pomyśleć i odpocząć. Pokrótce opisałam to na odwrotnej stronie mojej karty.

This week prompt is: rejuvenation. What do you do, how do you do it etc!

I think, that all happy and pleasant moment rejuvenate us. But my card is about all rare moments when I am alone, I have time only for myself and nobody interrupt me. Then I can peacefully relax with my thoughts and dreams.

Journalling on the otherside of card says: ” I’m not a type of loner, but sometimes I like to be by myself. In calmness and silence, surrounded only by my favourite things, with time for me and my crafts. Moments like these can rejuvenate me!”
